J. Matthew Huffty
COO & EVP DevelopmentMr. Huffty, COO & EVP–Development of GST Capital Partners and Gulf south Towers since 2015, oversees site development, contract management, A\&D, and corporate strategy. He brings 20+ years in site development/construction/land management, has developed 100+ macro sites across the U.S. (CA to FL), and holds a B.S. in Business Management from Louisiana Tech University.
Guy K. Smith
Executive Vice President of Business DevelopmentMr. Smith, EVP of Operations and co-founder of GST Capital Partners and Gulfsouth Towers, brings nearly 20 years of wireless industry experience, including leadership at Red River Telecom. He has managed site acquisitions and development for major carriers like Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon. With a B.S. in Business Administration (ULM) and a J.D. with Business Law Certification (SLU), plus a Louisiana real estate license, his legal and business expertise adds strong strategic value to GST.

Executive Vice President of OperationsMr. Marty Reddell serves as Executive Vice President of Operations at Gulfsouth Towers, LLC, where he plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, project execution, and strategic planning. With extensive experience in telecommunications infrastructure, Marty brings a results-driven approach to site development, construction management, and client service.
